I love cereal. When I was little, I always told myself that one day when I grew up, I could eat a big bowl of cereal for dinner and no one would stop me. And I could stay up as late as I wanted. And you know what? Dreams really do come true.

Back to cereal, what is your favorite? Mine is Peanut Butter Cap’N Crunch, followed by Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Lucky Charms. Oh and Count Chocula – I get really excited when Halloween approaches and Count Chocula emerges from his sugary cave of goodness.

I don’t know if loading up on Vitamin C when you start to feel sick actually works, but it feels like it does sometimes. That’s why it’s good to have Vitamin C on hand so that you take it early.
