I adore Fredflare. And a free shipping code, well, that’s like Christmas.
So happy holidays: Use “shade” as the discount code and you’ll get free shipping. That’s a $7.95 savings! Yessssss.
Here are some of my picks:
Will Ferrell sunscreen – Proceeds benefit cancer survivors! $12

Plaid sunglasses – So cute! $11

Gingham bow cami – This is summer. $38
Happy shopping/shipping!
West Elm is a really awesome store for home furnishings and decor. It’s kind of like Pottery Barn, but I think it’s a little more modern and sleek. If you ever come across a West Elm store, you should take a look around.
Since my budget for home stuff is more in line with the Returned/Damaged section from Ikea, I’ve never bought anything at West Elm. BUT there is good news: They are having their “Dash for Design” sale and it’s pretty good. (Click on Sale in the top right corner on their site.)
The furniture is still kind of expensive, but the smaller stuff – like wall hangings, pillows, bedding, etc. isn’t too bad.
If you’ve been wanting to buy a picture frame (maybe a present for Father’s Day??), here is a link to a couple coupons for Aaron Brothers:
Aaron Brothers has a really nice selection of frames. It’s typically the first place I go to when looking for a frame and they usually have coupons on their web site or by signing up for e-mail promotions.
It’s not exactly cute, but housekeeping is a fact of life. Click here to get a booklet of coupons ($30 value) for cleaning products. They’re not for “green” products unfortunately, but a deal’s a deal.
The first 10,000 to respond get one.
(Thanks Misty and Veronica for the tip.)
Urban’s having an awesome clearance sale right with many* items $5 or less. Check it out!
It only lasts until May 31 and the sale items are supposed to be available online and in-store.
Also, I just noticed they’re selling a fanny pack. This is a little bit tragic and a little bit hilarious.
*A few minutes ago, it was “many,” but things seem to be going quick.
Memorial Day weekend means there will be lots of sales just about everywhere.
Bath & Body Works seems to always have sales, so I’m not sure if this is exactly news, but I’m a sucker for Coconut Lime Verbena, so I’ll mention it anyway:
Ikea has some deals this holiday weekend, including:
Make sure you read the fine print on the website about the Ikea closest to you. It appears not all Ikea stores have the same sales. Maneuvering through crowded aisles and figuring out how to assemble furniture without English directions is hard enough as it is - the last thing you want to do is drive all the way to Ikea and find out you can’t get your Expedit bookcase for half off.
Today from 12-6 EST - or 9-3 on the West Coast – fredflare is offering 30% off. Just enter the discount code 3-D at check-out.
I really really like FredFlare. As a testimonial, I wouldn’t say that people here in Seattle are free-flowing with the compliments, but I get the most compliments when I’m wearing things I bought from FredFare. If you get on their email list, they will alert you of free shipping codes, which they have fairly often. I highly recommend that!
